ICA| Holt International Services’ Special Project for children with special needs was presented and discussed during a meeting between NACC, Holt International Services team, and Kaisahang Buhay Foundation, Inc. The meeting was attended by Undersecretary Janella Ejercito Estrada, Atty. Madeline Arezu Ty Jam – Deputy Executive Director for Services, and NACC social workers/personnel.
