Today, we remember Bertha Holt on the day of her birth.
We celebrate the humble, determined woman who fought for the world’s most vulnerable children — a woman who many came to know simply as “Grandma.”
Grandma Holt loved every child, but she had a special place in her heart for children with special needs. She once said, “All children are beautiful when they are loved.” These insightful words have since become a symbol of our organization, inspiring and motivating us to advocate for every child to have a loving family.
