Ms. Ma. Rachel Bismonte, the Supervisor of the Alternative Child Care Program at Kaisahang Buhay Foundation, Inc., was nominated by RACCO NCR for two awards: the “Pusong Maagap Award” and the “New Best Adoption Social Worker Award.” This recognition places her among the top social workers from 17 LGUs in NCR and 5 CPAs handling Alternative Child Care.
